Sexual Assault and Violence Education 

CUA's Sexual Assault and Violence Education program is coordinated through the Office of the Dean of Students. Through collaborative efforts with other University departments and the use of our peer education program PEERS, CUA works to prevent sexual violence through education, awareness, and skill building.

Sexual harassment and any other form of discrimination based upon gender is prohibited under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. The University does not discriminate on the basis of gender in the education programs or activities it operates. The requirement not to discriminate in Catholic University's programs and activities extends to employees and students.
